For sending an OkuStim system to you we will need the original prescription that you have received from your doctor. Please put the prescription into an envelope and send it to:

As soon as we have received your prescription we can send you the OkuStim System payable by invoice or by Paypal.

What do I have to consider when sending the prescription to us?

Make sure that your prescription has on it…

The birth date of the patient.

The signature of the prescribing doctor.

The date of issue. Prescriptions are valid for four weeks.

A signature by the doctor for each handwritten change or addition made by her/him.

Is any of the above conditions not fulfilled? Then please have your prescription changed by your doctor.

Only the OkuStim System requires a prescription. For the OkuEl Electrodes and all all other articles in the webshop no prescription is required.
